If you’d like to learn more, please get in touch.
The first step is for us to book a time for a free 30-minute chat.
We can meet online via Zoom or have a chat on the phone - whatever suits you.

If you can't see a suitable time on there, let me know.
I'll see if we can find a time that works for us both.
Check out my FAQ page for more information about my availability.
During our chat, I’ll explain a bit about how I work, and how I might be able to help you.
I won’t record any personal details at this stage.
It’s just for me to understand a little about what brings you to counselling.
Counselling is a two-way process, where we commit to building a relationship together.
If it turns out that I can’t offer you what you are looking for, then I will do my best to signpost you elsewhere for support.
After our chat, it's up to you.
If you decide that you’d like to work with me, then we will agree a time for us to have a regular weekly session.
My availability varies but click here to view the FAQ page, where I usually post updates.
Sessions cost £55, and last fifty minutes.
I offer open-ended therapy, where we work together for as long as you feel that you need.
You may want to work to a specific goal or timeframe.
Or perhaps you just want to start working together and see where our work goes.
In any case, I work flexibly with my clients, and I will work with you at your own pace.
