Anxiety is at the heart of what brings to so many of us to therapy. Sometimes it's loud and in the forefront of our minds. And sometimes it's something that just sits quietly in the background.
A mind that doesn’t switch off. A constant undercurrent of worry. Lying awake at night. Obsessively checking our messages. Struggling to say no.
I'm delighted to share that I'll be speaking to Josh Fletcher all about this in an upcoming webinar, at 7pm on 6th May 2026. Josh is a fellow psychotherapist, and he has written widely about anxiety. His book 'How does that make you feel?' is one of my favourite books about the world of therapy, really letting us step inside to see what happens in the room. You can view his TedTalk, 'Calming anxiety when nothing works' here.
He has a new book, due out on 14th May, entitled 'Same time next week?'. It's an incredible follow up to his earlier book, taking us on a journey through anxiety in the modern world. .
If you'd like to join me, to learn from Josh, you can book onto the event here.
